End User License Agreement

EULA for Space Ranger

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and José Dante Sáenz Sánchez (“Developer”) regarding your use of the iOS app Space Ranger (“the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use Space Ranger for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported Apple devices, in accordance with this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party
  • Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or commercial purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or Apple’s App Store Terms of Service

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all content, graphics, code, and intellectual property) remain with the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

4. Subscription Content

Access to certain features or additional game levels may require an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and payment are provided via the App Store interface. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to this Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
